NVIDIA 442.59 official graphics card driver released: Win7 users be careful
NVIDIA just released the GeForce 442.59 graphics card driver, which belongs to the official version of WHQL and is a game optimized driver.
The new driver specifically optimizes the performance of Call of Duty: Warzone, adds configuration files, and fixes known bugs. N card players are strongly recommended to upgrade.
The recommended graphics card for this game is not lower than GTX 970 or GTX 1660, preferably RTX 2070 Super or higher, but the processor requirements are very low, Core i5-2500K, Ryzen 5 1600X can be satisfied, and it is best to have 12GB RAM, 175GB hard disk space.
In addition, the new driver also fixes three bugs, especially Windows 7 users should pay special attention. When the driver is installed, it will check whether the system has been updated with the SHA-2 patch, numbered KB3033929. If not, the driver will stop installing.
NVIDIA said that this is done to avoid unexpected problems after forced installation.
The other two bugs are that “NBA 2K20” sometimes crashes, and the blue screen of death occurs when the notebook is connected to the VR helmet.
