- Replace the oil suction filter with large flow rate and large diameter tubing to meet the pump’s supply flow requirements, reduce temperature rise, and reduce tubing vibration.
- In the mechanical structure, select bearings with greater bearing capacity, and change the turning frame, bearing seat and machine seat from the original cast iron parts to cast steel parts to increase their strength and rigidity.
- Considering that the turning machine needs to be balanced during the turning process to reduce the impact on the bearing and the bearing seat, the turning of the turning frame is driven by two symmetrically arranged single-rod piston oil cylinders, and a shunt is added to the hydraulic system The flow collection allows the oil to be automatically distributed or concentrated in a fixed proportion of two oil flows, so that the two oil cylinders operate in two-way synchronously, so as to ensure the balance of forces during the overturning process of the overturning frame, and no asymmetric overturning deformation occurs. The electromagnetic reversing net in the hydraulic system of the turning machine is replaced with an electro-hydraulic proportional reversing net to ensure that the turning machine can be turned from vertical to horizontal or from horizontal to vertical to start, accelerate, decelerate, and stop to achieve stepless Speed regulation ensures stable operation of the turning machine and reduces the impact on the bearing and bearing seat.
The working principle of the hydraulic system of the transformed turning machine is as follows:
The hydraulic turning machine is in a vertical turning state. The titanium reactor is hoisted to the hydraulic turning machine by a crane. The electromagnet 1YA is energized through the vertical position turning button on the electric control console. The electro-hydraulic proportional reversing net works at the left position, and the hydraulic oil is filtered Oiler, plunger pump, electro-hydraulic proportional reversing reading, superimposed hydraulic control one-way net (left net), flow divider and collecting valve (aux net) proportion automatically divides into the lower cavity of two single-rod piston hydraulic cylinders to make the hydraulic pressure The cylinder piston rod pushes the connecting rods on both sides to move synchronously to the left, and drives the turning frame to drive the reaction kettle to turn from the vertical state to the horizontal state.
